With an elastic waist and elastic ankles, our Splash Pant Black will keep little ones dry on a wet day. This pant is made from recycled poly fabric treated with TEFLON that makes it water-repellent. It's detailed with reflective trim, a soft lining, and a logo patch on the leg.
